Topic: Getting bad customer support from IC Markets
Normally IC Markets has good spreads and sensible support, however within the previous few weeks support from "firstname.lastname@example.org" and making an attempt to contact Angus, the accounts manager are horrible!!!
Angus has disappeared fully and accounts nearly ne'er gets back to American state. i'm going on live chat however they're terribly restricted in what they will do to assist. They forever say "I can tell accounts to urge a hold of you." that ne'er happens or they assert "email accounts" that may be a inactive. Has anyone else been having major problems with IC Markets as of late???
Submitting a support price ticket via the shopper portal is that the most effective method of contacting IC Markets. Alternately AN email to email@example.com sometimes receives a response in a very timely manner. Angus is that the Head of mercantilism table at IC Markets, not a support person.
Support cannot facilitate with managed account connected problems. solely Angus and many others at accounts will do this stuff. If I required basic support i might merely use live chat. does one work for IC Markets?
No, i do not work for IC Markets however are doing business with them for two years. A support price tag via the portal would be directed to the acceptable department however I fully perceive that MAMM's/PAMM's and managed accounts ar a specialist space. I was unaware your support comments noted a problem that may solely be addressed by Angus or choose accounts workers.
