The Basket2 EA is like creating a brand new currency pair by blending two existing ones. Pretty cool, right? It calculates this new pair based on a formula that combines the values of your chosen symbol and another symbol you specify. This hybrid pair can help you make trading decisions.
How this EA works:
First, you set the multiplier factor (ExtPeriodMultiplier) to adjust the period for the new pair.
Then, you choose your second symbol (Symbol2) and decide how much weight it should carry (Weight2) in the formula.
The EA uses historical data to create this "basket" symbol by mixing the two currencies according to the formula.
It works like this:
You choose one currency pair as your base (like EUR/USD), and then you pick another currency (let's say GBP) to mix in. The EA takes the two and combines them, creating a new custom currency pair that you can trade with.
