Hello!
For newbies in forex i would recommend to learn from youtube or try to search for some books in the internet 
I know it is not easy and very long but this is the best way to do so

Open account only with thrust broker that is regulated by fair regulations for trader like United Kingdom’s FCA. Avoid brokers that are using regulations on tax heaven countries like: Cyprus, Belize, Virgin Islands, Seychelles and etc. Avoid MarketMaker borkers. The best solution is to look for True ECN brokers or at least STP with tight spreads. It will help you to trade without any kind of "technical issues/problems". Use always StopLoss and do not panic. If you are starting as beginner try to trade on higher timeframes like H1, H4. If you would like to trade with EA start looking for VPS provider that is close to your borker server, use VPS that have at least 1ms latency.

a good place to gain the basics is a course could pipsology (google it) its pretty decent with all the information needed for starters available. and stick with demo trading with any broker of you choice just use demo, when you think you ready in a couple of months then we talk about what broker to use.

You also need to control your feels as they will always hunt you the minute you make a trade. Your worst enemy is fear.
