GLAM Trader primarily looks at three time frames:
M15 for moving averages (ma)
M5 for Laguerre indicator
H1 for the Awesome Oscillator
It uses these indicators to decide when to buy or sell.
When it finds the right conditions, it opens a trade.
GLAM Trader also offers some adjustable parameters to fine-tune your trading strategy.
Download the .mq4 file of GLAM Trader.
Open your MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform.
Click on "File" and select "Open Data Folder." In the new window, navigate to the "MQL4" folder and then "Experts."
Copy and paste the downloaded .mq4 file into the "Experts" folder.
Restart MT4 to load the EA.
Go to the "Navigator" panel, and under "Expert Advisors," you should see GLAM Trader. Drag it onto your chart to activate it.
Adjustable Parameters:
lStopLoss: Set your preferred stop loss value for long trades.
sStopLoss: Set your preferred stop loss value for short trades.
lTakeProfit: Set your preferred take profit value for long trades.
sTakeProfit: Set your preferred take profit value for short trades.
lTrailingStop: Define your trailing stop value for long trades.
sTrailingStop: Define your trailing stop value for short trades.
clOpenBuy: Choose the color for opening buy trades.
clCloseBuy: Choose the color for closing buy trades.
clOpenSell: Choose the color for opening sell trades.
clCloseSell: Choose the color for closing sell trades.
Name_Expert: Give a custom name to your EA.
Slippage: Set the slippage value for order execution.
UseSound: Enable or disable sound alerts.
NameFileSound: Specify the sound file for alerts.
Lots: Define the lot size for your trades.
Experiment with different currency pairs to find the one that works best for you.
Minimal Balance: Start with at least $1000 in your trading account.
Time Frame: For the suggested settings, use M15 for ma, M5 for Laguerre, and H1 for the Awesome Oscillator.
