Settings Tab for EAs missing solution needed

Got some serious trouble with MT4/EAs now.
Updated Hacked Pro to v1.13 (running on MT4 445) and Reticolo FX to v1.5b (running on MT4 438). Hacked Pro uses MQLLock, Reticolo uses "Cerebro", but for both after the Update the Input tab from EA properties is missing.
Anyone else got this problem?
please give me the solution if anyone know this....

Try turning off automatic updates and then reboot your VPS, then download the EA from the begining on a fresh MT4 instance and see if the problem persists. If it does not work then try to scan for virus and check with the EA author and ask the VPS people for a new VPS.
