It is not working. Maybe you should try it to downgrade the MT4. Downgrade works sometimes. MT4 latest build must be 2016. I always keep both of the version MT4.

It is working, but you have to downgrade your platform. I have Delton EA on my demo account just see how it works.

Can't find instalal file right now, but try to google "MT4 build 1045". That is the way I got it. Problem is that by September 30th 2017 Meta Quotes stops support 1045 build.
