How to play binary option?

Hi i m newbie for the binary option. Actually is ti same with forex trading?because i saw some of the forex broker is also providing binary option.... as i know IGOFX got provide this kinf of service but is IGOFX scam???

Certainly there are few legit options broker. the thing is that sometimes or better said most of the time people loose money so easy, because of the lack of a good strategy or, yep, because of the broker platform manipulation.
