MQL4: How To use MQL4 So Send Email
THE MT4 SENDMAIL FUNCTION
The MQL4 function responsible for sending emails is the SendMail. This function takes two parameters:
bool SendMail(
string subject, // header
string some_text // email text
);
The subject parameter will be displayed as the subject of your email, and some_text is the email message.
EMAIL HEADER
What would you put in the subject? Some ideas include:
Order sent successfully
Order closed at TakeProfit (StopLoss)
Account balance is low!
Profit for the day report
Price is above level X
and other thing you need.
As you can see, your subject line should represent what the message will be about, and it should attract attention. When you first set up your expert advisors to send email notifications, it will be an exciting novelty. However, like with everything, with time you will get used to it, and this in turn will create a risk of you missing something important.
That’s why your email header should be short, sharp, and to the point.
EMAIL BODY
There are several ways which will help you create a concise yet informative email text to then feed into the MT4 SendMail function.
I will show you a method which I call concatenation
Use the + (plus) operator to quickly concatenate strings. For example, the following code will send an email saying
“Hello mt4talk”:
string Greeting = "Hello";
string Name = "mt4talk";
SendMail("Test email", Greeting + " " + Name);
If everything has been done correctly, you will recieve a push notification on your mobile phone which make use of metaquotes.
This is just one example for using MT4 SendMail. You can experiment with different trading scenarios and the types of notifications you want to use to accommodate for those scenarios.
If you have any question, you can ask me...
Enjoy your coding.
Is it necessary to create the EA with this option or it is just optional? I need an EA to multiply my money and not to lose it. even though I know how to trade, I prefer an EA that is more effective and no feeling attached. LOL

I really understand your plight....I have been there before.....It is not neccessary to code an EA with this option.
If you feel like knowing what is going on your account you may need a push notification or send email funtion to make it possible..
Then talking about an EA to multiply your trade, I think you can learn alot from the mt4talk forum because there are lots of tools here..
Best Regards
