its default setting. Dont worry about time frame of your window. Whatever time frame is mentioned in the settings, it will trade according to that time frame irrespective of the time frame you attached it to. Default time frame is 15 min

What strategy is it using which allows you to trade on all time frames? I'll do some back tests and see if it can make some money
