ask pending order hedge ea based price action

is there any robot ea if the price moving based on a certain persentage % (ex: flex ea), it will open
the sellstop and buystop along with the SL in opposite. the distance between PO is cultivated thinner
according to the stoplevel of each pair.
take profit is also thin .. if tp touched, then the robot will open again new OP according
to the price persentage earlier, by removing the PO left behind,

still looking for free robots , not profit yet
