The amplitude of price movement statistics
The script stores an output file in the MetaTrader 4\experts\files\ directory.
The file name contains the following information: "Symbol_Period---date of the first bar in history--date of the last bar in history.txt".

You want to know how to use it, right? Let me walk you through it.
First off, you'll need to get that script file, the .mq4, into your MetaTrader 4. There's a folder in there, something like MQL4\Scripts under your MetaTrader installation. Just drop your script file in there. After that, you'll need to give MetaTrader 4 a quick restart.
Once MT4 is back up, check out the 'Navigator' window. You should see your script under the 'Scripts' section. If it's playing hide and seek, just right-click on 'Scripts' and hit 'Refresh'.
Now, the fun part! Drag that script onto a chart, or just double-click it. Keep in mind to pick the right chart, like if your script is for EUR/USD, don't drop it on a gold chart.
The script might ask you for some details, like dates or settings. If it does, just fill those in. If not, no sweat, it'll do its thing with the default settings.
After the script does its magic, you'll find a new file hanging out in the MetaTrader 4\experts\files folder. This file is a map of price movements, showing you the ups and downs for the currency pair and time frame you chose.
Open up that file, and you'll see all the info on price amplitude. It's like a snapshot of how wild or calm the market was during that time.
And there you go! Use this info to get a feel for the market's mood.
