I code trading tools for myself and other traders and I think we can come up with one that fits your needs.
Getting one off the shelf is rarely the solution to any and all problems a trader might have.
People are different and traders even more so.
Different risk appetites, trading styles or pain thresholds make "universal" tools universally unfit.
