ASSAR!!!! NEED HELP FROM THE CREATORS!!

i went to your website https://www.assarofficial.com/ downloaded the ea to see how it works on my demo account. i watched it
for a couple weeks on my mt4 account and the account just didnt make any money. i emailed the company to see if they could help me and no reply so im trying here to see if i can get their attention. maybe someone else who can help.

1.what time frame am i using for all my pairs?
2.are there any special settings i need to input once i attach the ea?
