Instead, its purpose is to assist with data analysis and research, which can be valuable for developing and optimizing trading strategies.
How this EA works:
FXTticksCollector collects ticks and bars data for your chosen currency pair and time frame.
When you first load the EA, it checks if the data file exists. If not, it creates one and populates it with the most recent 100 bars of data.
The EA continually updates the data file as new ticks and bars are generated in real-time.
It ensures data integrity by verifying that the stored bars match the ones on your chart.
If there are missing bars from previous runs, it adds them to maintain data continuity.
FXTticksCollector operates seamlessly in the background, allowing you to focus on your trading strategy without interruption.
How to Set It Up:
Download the EA: Grab the .mq4 file and save it to your MetaTrader 4 "Experts" folder.
