adding parameter tab with apply to: choice of first indicator's data

i wanted to add in my indicator, the parameter tab with the apply to: featuring drop down menu with the choice of previous and first indicator's data similar to native indicators that came with mt4 like moving average, etc.

but i couldn't find any sample code anywhere and mt4 doesn't provide the source code for its moving average so if anyone know how to do this please advice, thank you
