indicator to expert advisor

i want someone to help me to covert this ma indicator to an mt4 expert advisor that will show the ma indicator visually on the chart, and to be fully configurable moving averages [period, method and price and color] trading rules= place buy if the fast ma line cross over the slow ma line up ward, and place sell when the fast ma line cross over the slow ma line down ward. including options like stop loss, take profit, trialling stop, Money Management (Default risk 5%),
