The strategy of this EA is relatively simple. It attempts to capture 100 pips of profit in a day by trading based on moving averages.
Here's how it works:
If the current closing price is below a 7-period simple moving average (SMA), and there are no open positions, it opens a long (buy) position.
If the current closing price is above a 6-period SMA, and there are no open positions, it opens a short (sell) position.
It uses trailing stops to protect profits and modify stop loss levels as the trade moves in the desired direction.
It calculates the lot size based on your account balance and risk settings.
Adjustable parameters:
Timeframe: You can choose a timeframe for the EA to operate on. The default is 5 minutes, but you can change it according to your preference.
Stop Loss: You can set the stop loss for your trades. The default is 1000 points (pips).
Long Take Profit: This is the take profit level for long (buy) trades, set at 20 pips by default.
Short Take Profit: This is the take profit level for short (sell) trades, set at 15 pips by default.
Long Trailing Stop: Trailing stop for long trades, set at 10 pips by default.
Short Trailing Stop: Trailing stop for short trades, also set at 10 pips by default.
Colors: You can customize the colors for various aspects of the EA, such as buy and sell indicators.
Name Expert: You can name the expert advisor here.
Slippage: Slippage is the maximum difference between the requested price and the actual price. It's set at 2 pips by default.
Use Sound: You can enable or disable sound alerts for this EA.
Name File Sound: If you choose to use sound alerts, you can specify the sound file.
Maximum Risk: This sets the maximum risk percentage of your account balance for each trade. The default is 0.02, which means 2% of your account balance.
Decrease Factor: If you experience multiple losses in a row, this factor allows you to decrease the lot size for subsequent trades. The default is 3.
Lot.Margin: This parameter is refers to the lot size calculation. It's set at 1000 by default.
