Big risk will lead to the big profit right?
as we take the big risk and also the big chance in this market then the profit also will increase or not? what do you suggest sir?
If you take big risks your profit will increase a lot if your trade is a winner. If your trade is a losing trade you'll end up with a big lose.
I've read in a number of articles you should always keep risk low around 2-3% per trade. At 2% it will take 50 consecutive trades to wipe your account.
Big risk can be big reward but in the long run it will go against you eventually and wipe you out. Lots of small trades making slow steady gains using a small part of your capital are crucial for consistent positive performance. Big risk may work for a long while if the market is trending but eventually it will screw you, there are thousands of sorry stories of reckless traders getting wrecked!
Test out for yourself on demo accounts. Use one where you risk a lot, one where you risk a moderate amount and one where you risk very little. After 30 days see which one you're happy with. As long as you're a good trader you'll see that the low risk one will have a consistent profit line and lower stress involved with your trading. This will help to keep the emotional aspect of trading out of the way as long as you stay consistent and don't get greedy by upping the risk level. The moderate and high risk charts will have peaks and valleys and emotional ups and downs that is what usually leads to a trader "burning" their account.
