Can I give some advice for anyone who is UK based and with Lloyds Bank. I tried to purchase this EA through Lloyds Bank in the UK. During the process, it does ask, to prevent fraud, to supply the recipients home address. You cannot skip this question. So, I emailed the recipient to tell him that my bank needs his Home address to complete the transaction. I promptly had an email back accusing me of being a scammer and was trying to defraud him and get his money illegally. He has also blocked my emails. Despite sending proof by Bank screenshots, I am deemed a scammer. I am a 61 year old Business man from the UK and just wanted to buy the EA.
This post is not meant to put people off buying the EA, the Demo worked well, just warning Lloyds Bank UK members of the problem I have encountered.
If I employed staff who treated customers this way, they would be out of a job.
