Little profit? $4.54x20 = $90,80
That is almost a 10% return in 1 month with a safe settings.
What leverage are you using?

If you would be able to trade with $50,000 deposit and use lot site 0.5 then you would make a minimum $5000 safe return per month. But its also can be more on some months.
Also with $100,000 and lot size 1.00 you can get a safe return of $10,000 monthly and more some months.
10% return per month is good. Yes, it's passable to make much, more but then you risk and you can lose.

I believed it depends on your balance.
If you start with 2x more deposit as it's recommended then you can use 2 pairs at the same time.
If you start with 3x more deposit as it recommended then you can start with 3 pairs and so on...
Just take your time keep backtest and play with the settings file. Do not hurry because hurry people always losing.

Tested this yesterday on 1000 cent account.
Makes 30 cents yesterday on real account using the EA and not making any changes to the settings file.Will continue to monitor this for few months before committing to $1000 account.

1000 cent account = $10
Making 30 cents a day that is 60% profit per month. 
Based on your current earning:
If you trade with real $1000 and make $30 per day that is $600 per month
If you trade with real $5000 and making $150 profit per day then is $3000 profit per month.
Same if you trade with $10,000. Then is $300 profit per day which is $6000 profit per month.
And $20,000 based on the 60% monthly profit would make $600 per day $12,000 per month.
Seriously? Do you want any better EA?
