Forex GridMaster V6 Help!!
Hi.......New to this and just wondering if anyone out there can help with few glitches.
I have been running on demo account and very happy however I cannot find how to change the default 0.01 trading volume to 0.05 or 0.1 on live real account on MT4, as you can do when placing manual order.
I have changed the parameter from default (when trade first open), this appears to work as it shows fine on top right hand corner with trade details, however it does not apply the change to new orders??
I am obviously doing something wrong. Could you please give me a step by step guide on how to do correctly.
I note that default setting is at E6_AUDNZD? I will be going on a live account trading EURUSD / EURGBP and GBPUSD. is there strategies settings to be changed based around these pairs? or perhaps you could point me in the direction that I could find on a forum?
I will also be trading semi manual (Scalping), so if you had any suggestions or pointers on best way to do this I would be grateful.

Hey Colin, from the screenshots you've shared, it looks like you've done the right thing by changing the 'Lot-Size' parameter in the EA's settings. The volume should update for new trades if you've set it correctly in the EA options.
If it's not applying to new orders, here's a quick checklist:
Save Settings: After changing the 'Lot-Size' to 0.05, make sure you hit 'Save' if available, then 'OK' to apply the changes.
Restart EA: Disable and re-enable the EA to ensure the new settings take effect.
Check for Errors: Keep an eye on the 'Experts' and 'Journal' tabs in MT4 for any error messages.
Live vs Demo: Settings might sometimes behave differently on live accounts due to broker restrictions. Double-check with your broker if they have limits on lot sizes for live accounts.
For trading different pairs like EURUSD, EURGBP, and GBPUSD, you would need to fine-tune your strategy settings since each currency pair has unique volatility and spreads. A forum like Forex Factory could be a goldmine for strategies shared by other traders.
And for semi-manual scalping, the key is speed and efficiency. Make sure you've got hotkeys set up for quick trades and keep your eyes peeled for sudden moves. Practice makes perfect, especially with scalping.
