decompile indicator

Hi,

I need some help to decompile this indicator as mq4.
I bought the system for which the indicator was added and YES I asked the manufacturer or developer whether he could install "push mobile" notifications. The only answer came that he could no longer do this and I could still be satisfied with the emails. He said if I could get it done I would be happy to do it.

So far everything I tried has not worked or the indicator has been shot. Can someone help me here if necessary? I then let the indicator come back to the manufacturer. https://www.kickdowntechno.de/download/FS30_2014_5.zip

Otherwise maybe one of you knows what this indicator is because everything I've found so far is only similar or less accurate than this ka support? high low?
