Testing a new settings file for the MT4talk EA v11.1
Today, I have created a settings file for the MT4talk EA v11.1
I only conducted a backtest over a period of one month, focusing specifically on the EURUSD currency pair. While the strategy is designed to work automatically with all 21 pairs, it will only open trades on one pair at a time due to a strong signal.
Recently, I started testing the strategy on a live trading account earlier today.
I performed a backtest on MT4talk EA V10 since the backtest feature is not enabled in v11.1.
However, all the settings used in this settings file are available in v11.1.
Based on the backtest results, the strategy does not trade every day. Instead, it selectively trades on specific days, occasionally executing multiple trades. It appears to capitalize on news events or significant price movements in the market.
To implement this strategy, a leverage of 500 and a minimum starting balance of $10 are required. The take profit is set at 20%, and the stop loss is set at 50 pips. The strategy incorporates automatic lot sizing, adjusting the lot size to 0.01 for every $5 balance.
With the inclusion of a stop loss, it helps to protect the account from significant losses.
You can review the backtest results, starting with a balance of $30, over a one-month period using the EURUSD pair.
Now I wonder how it will operate if it uses all currency pairs but only trades one pair at a time. This approach has the potential for more trades.
Typically, trades are closed within the same minute, but at most within 3 minutes.
Feel confident that you are unlikely to find better results with any other EA.
To calculate the percentage profit in one month, we can use the following formula:
Percentage Profit = ((Final Balance - Starting Balance) / Starting Balance) * 100
In this case, if you start trading with $30 and end up with $300, the calculation would be as follows:
Percentage Profit = (($300 - $30) / $30) * 100 = ($270 / $30) * 100 = 900%
If this will work on a REAL Live account then: your profit in one month would be 900%.
