Logic of ASSAR v8 in Picture and Danger of it (or smart use of it)
a picture is worth thousand words lets examine how ASSAR behaves..
ASSAR is good for "initial news spike" its a COUNTER-SPIKE EA... once captured need to be careful as 2nd phase of entries have high probablity of turning into losers (as market loves to stop hunt the inital higher high/lower low).. see attachment for complete picture..
i guess initial SL needs to be low too so if we have TP of 3 pips SL to be 3pips as well.. i had 10TP 10 SL with trail to lock in 2pips
10 positions opened.
9 winners yeilding us 17 pips
1 loser took away 10 pips.

net gain 7pips. not bad, but still knowing the logic of EA something could be done about it.

Hey guys, i've tried to post a reply here but i keep getting a stupid message about how i'm using too many of the same word. So i pasted into paint and posted here as images.
Goodboyfx, if you want your lots smaller, lower the risk. Also, i've already exposed the logic of this EA a week or two ago. go back a few pages and read all of my research. I've already gone through this.

misty is there way to control lot sizes on this EA? i know stevey in earlier post had all trades with 0.1 lots i thought may be there is way to assign lot sizing. I mean sure one can start w/ small account n it calculates lots and gradually increases them (as i see in ur case) but once ur acct is all built up, gotta control the sizes)
how many pairs are you currently running the EA on? any particular pair to avoid?
GBP pairs are ideal condition for this EA lots of spikes lately w/ brexit hanging over...but like i said need to manage lot sizing on this EA to cut down risk.

I'm currently testing all of the pairs. With this implementation of hidden intentions and wider stops for the brokers it seems to be working very well on all of them. Each pair will have different results all the time based on the market conditions.
Lower your risk in order to get lower lots.

oops pretty easy to adjust lot size actually just select MM (false) then select lotsize of ur choice heh..how could i miss such an easy thing.. anyhow.. nice london session brings in the nice volatility..looking good so far.

Hey guys, great work!
For optimizations I use fixed lot values, because if you don't the optimizer will optimize for risky situations which will bring you lots profit, but increase risk for crashing and Array.
If every trade is 0.1 lots for example the optimizer will optimize for any valuable situation reducing Array and increasing win ratio.
Here's another update on my progress. So far tonight with my revised SL/TP settings. Looks awesome so far, i'm live as usual.
i'm at 10% risk. Auto MM.

Hi @Misty et all
Any ideas why Assar isn't taking any trades on my setup? I have gone with the same broker, 5 digit settings, Ronz on 1M, Assar on 15M, No Errors in the Experts tab or anywhere else for that matter. It's been 24 hours and not a single trade or attempt at it.
