but with tp 1 pip OR sometime 2 pip you have just loss because commission is high
generally if your deposit is under 25K you must forget aggressive scalping
if having above 50K broker's can customize your account

Yes it's the exact same robot. You just need to change the settings to reflect those results. Also he was trading in 2015, very volatile time. You might not have the same results today.
