gilfx : does the EA shows a little happy face at the upper right corner of the EAs? if not then you have to check "DLL" and "allow trading"

If you want to use assarv8 by itself, you'll need to have spreads under 4 points and make sure assar v8 is on the 1m time frame for every pair you trade with. it seems to lose in the beginning or in the middle of a session but in reality, it makes money over the long run. It will take a week or two for you to see anything serious.

Off course. I'm a experience, Is not that, all parameters are ok.
I did a test and modified the volatility multiplier to 50 and already open positions. It may be a computation issue in the algorithm.

Right, but how many of those open trades are winners? Are you using the same deviation for the envelopes? Also, what time frame are you trading on? What is your stop loss and take profits?

I traded M1 and M5 and I only changed the volatility variable. 
Since I received the algorithm, is installed with the default parameters in M1, and has not opened any position yet.

Of course looking at the open positions you see that it works.
That may have to do with Broker. Which broker are you using?

Anyone done any live tests on this ea? It makes money and then takes some major hits. Im not sure thats a very wise thing to do.

With tose setting you published the advisor isn't profitable. 
I can't understand why the advisor did not open positions for a week.
I think it's a good algorithm, that's why I paid 100, but it's not with the settings.
Tell us what broker we can do our tests on, and if it's how you publish, then this advisor is sensitive to anything we do not know at the moment.
One thing is true, the advisor does not work.
