1) Attach "KH Overlay Positive Hedge" to EURUSD chart
2) Attach this EA to GBPUSD chart
3) On EURUSD EA, Buy Pair1 Sell Pair2 as TRUE and Sell Pair1 Buy Pair2 as FALSE
4) On GBPUSD EA, Buy Pair1 Sell Pair2 as FALSE and Sell Pair1 Buy Pair2 as TRUE
Is this setup correct ?

For attaching "KH Overlay Positive Hedge" to your EURUSD chart, just drag and drop the EA onto the EURUSD chart in your trading platform. Easy!
Same deal for the GBPUSD chart - drag and drop the EA onto it.
On the EURUSD EA settings, setting Buy Pair1 Sell Pair2 as TRUE and Sell Pair1 Buy Pair2 as FALSE sounds right if you're aiming for a long position on Pair1 and a short on Pair2.
For the GBPUSD EA, flipping those settings (Buy Pair1 Sell Pair2 as FALSE and Sell Pair1 Buy Pair2 as TRUE) is spot on if you're looking to go short on Pair1 and long on Pair2.
Looks like you've got the setup down! Just double-check to ensure the pairs are correctly assigned in each EA.
